Once we connect, we will find out all we can about the property needing to be listed.
Our team lead will take the information gathered to complete a CMA (Competitive Market Analysis) to help determine the properties value.
Once the home has a price range outlined, we will set up a time to meet at a property for the official list consult. From there, we will finalize our evaluation based on the properties condition.
Once the consultation is completed, if the subject property can be sold at the value that works for you, we can then finalize the listing with the Listing Agreement. After being fully signed, its official!
After we come to agreement on terms of the listing agreement, we will have photos taken of the property and put up real estate signage showing your property is going on the market. The property then gets listed live on the real estate market and hopefully sold shortly after.
